Guidewire Business Analyst

Votre rôle, votre impact En tant qu’analyste d’affaires Guidewire, vous contribuez activement à la livraison de solutions technologiques qui soutiennent l’évolution du secteur de l’assurance. Vous serez responsable de recueillir, d’analyser et de traduire les besoins d’affaires en exigences fonctionnelles, en collaboration étroite avec les équipes TI et les parties prenantes. Responsibilities Votre quotidien Recueillir et analyser les besoins d’affaires liés aux solutions Guidewire (PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, ClaimCenter); Rédiger les exigences fonctionnelles, les récits utilisateurs et la documentation associée; Collaborer avec les équipes techniques pour assurer une bonne compréhension des besoins; Participer aux ateliers, cérémonies Agile et démonstrations; Assurer la traçabilité des exigences et valider les solutions livrées; Soutenir les UAT et accompagner les utilisateurs dans l’adoption des solutions; Identifier les opportunités d’amélioration des processus. Qualifications Les clés de votre réussite 5+ ans d’expérience en analyse d’affaires; Expérience concrète avec Guidewire (PolicyCenter, BillingCenter ou ClaimCenter); Expérience dans le secteur de l’assurance; Bonne compréhension des processus d’affaires dans le domaine des assurances (souscription, sinistres, facturation); Expérience en méthodologies Agile (Scrum/Kanban); Excellentes compétences en communication et en collaboration. Compétences en : analyse et modélisation des besoins; rédaction d’exigences fonctionnelles (récits utilisateurs, critères d’acceptation); gestion des parties prenantes. The role involves gathering and analyzing business needs to translate them into functional requirements for insurance technology solutions. You will collaborate closely with IT teams and stakeholders to support the evolution of the insurance sector.

Candidates need over 5 years of business analysis experience specifically with Guidewire tools and the insurance industry. Proficiency in Agile methodologies and fluency in French and English are required.
