GoldCare Administrator Dale Brain Injury Services | London, Ontario (Hybrid) Technology in Service of Care Ahria Consulting is pleased to partner with Dale Brain Injury Services (DBIS) in their search for a collaborative and solutions-focused GoldCare Administrator to help optimize the systems that support staff, clients, and service delivery. DBIS is a respected not-for-profit organization providing community-based rehabilitation and support services to individuals and families living with the effects of acquired brain injury throughout Southwestern Ontario. This is not a traditional IT systems administrator role. We're looking for someone who understands how technology can improve workflows, reporting, scheduling, documentation, and service delivery within a community healthcare or human services environment. Reporting to the Director of Human Resources & Information Systems, you'll serve as our primary resource for GoldCare administration, training, reporting, user support, and ongoing system improvement. What You'll Do Administer and optimize GoldCare to support client records, scheduling, reporting, and operational effectiveness. Provide training, guidance, and troubleshooting support to employees across the organization. Develop reports and support data-informed decision making. Collaborate with leaders, frontline staff, and external vendors to improve workflows and system functionality. Support information management, privacy, security, and compliance initiatives. The Ideal Candidate Will Bring Experience working in a community healthcare, rehabilitation, home care, developmental services, long-term care, mental health, or other human services environment. Experience supporting or administering electronic client records, scheduling, workforce management, or service delivery systems such as GoldCare, Procura, AlayaCare, or similar platforms. Strong business analysis and process improvement skills, with the ability to identify opportunities to improve workflows and operational effectiveness. Experience training and supporting users with varying levels of technical experience. An understanding of client records management, documentation standards, privacy requirements, and compliance within a regulated environment. Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills. A valid driver's license and the ability to travel occasionally throughout the service region. Education & Experience We recognize there is no single pathway into this role. Candidates may come from backgrounds such as: Health Informatics Health Information Management Health Administration Information Systems Business Analysis Human Services Social Services Rehabilitation Sciences Community Healthcare Administration A combination of relevant education, systems experience, and community service sector knowledge will be considered.
