Job Title: Python fullstack developer with Gen AI Location: Montreal, QC(4x onsite a week) Employment Type: Contract Pay Rate: CAD$45/HR INC Interview Type: Face 2 Face (Onsite Interview Only) Job Description We are seeking an accomplished Full Stack Developer with expertise in GenAl technologies to join the team and drive key initiatives forward. Responsibilities Design, develop, and implement scalable solutions using Python and React within a dynamic, agile team. Leverage Generative Al tools and coding assistants to enhance development velocity and solution quality. Collaborate with global teams to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions. Participate in scrum meetings, report on project status, and adapt to evolving regulatory requirements. Learn and apply Morgan Stanley's proprietary frameworks and best practices. Write comprehensive unit tests to ensure code reliability and maintainability. Respond proactively to change, mastering new technical and business concepts as needed. Skills & Experience Required Python: Overall 5+ years of development experience with hands-on experience in Python. Proven ability to write optimized, efficient, and clean code. GenAl Coding Assistant: Experience with coding assistants like copilot, using Agent mode, Skills, etc. Databases: Proficiency in RDBMS and NoSQL databases, preferably PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and related technologies. SDLC: Experience with DevOps practices: CI/CD pipeline management, containerization, observability tools. Analytical Skills: Ability to design and implement effective solutions to complex problems. Teamwork & Communication: Strong work ethic, collaborative spirit, and clear communication skills, both oral and written. Testing: Ability to write thorough unit tests covering all major logic components, preferably using coding assistant. Skills & Experience Desired GenAl application development: Usage of LLM models for application, Agentic implementation, usage of tools to integrate data into LLM context, etc. Ul development using Angular / React Framework. Linux/Unix & Shell Scripting: Solid working knowledge. Advanced database skills, including PL/SQL and query optimization. Exposure to various application types: web, batch, and streaming.
