Characteristics:

  • At least 2 to 3 years of administrative experience
  • Experience in Dependency and Risk Management
  • Excellent communicator; English and French 10/10
  • Candidate must be dynamic and a good team player

Responsibilities:

  • Document and track project issues and risks 
  • Schedule program status meetings and record minutes
  • Establish and manage project governance procedures
  • Administer project change control procedures
  • Responsible for Budget and invoices to be paid on time
  • Administer IBM Project Work Center (IPWC) to track RAID (Risks, Issues, Actions & Decisions)
  • Responsible for Reports for project for RAID items in IPWC and Reports related
